Contact Forms

Any information included and submitted via our contact form will only be used for communications with you as the potential client to perform business activities. We may use this information to propagate our internal CRM system to provide email, phone, and otherwise necessary communications functions as they relate to your request or inquiry.

While no data transmitted over the Internet or any other network can be 100%-guaranteed secure, we do our best to make sure that none of your information is ever sold or distributed to third party agencies, advertising platforms, or marketing organizations.

Cookies

If you visit our client portal page, we will set temporary session cookies to support sign in activities. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser. Who we share your data with:

Any data shared with us is used solely within the PGT Works environment. We will not transfer your personal information to any third party without seeking your consent, except in limited circumstances as noted below:

We require such third parties to use the personal information transferred to them only for the purpose for which it was transferred and not to retain it for longer than is required for fulfilling the said purpose.

We may also disclose your personal information for the following: (1) to comply with applicable law, regulation, court order, or other legal process; (2) to enforce your agreements with us, including this Privacy Policy; (3) to respond to claims that your use of the Service violates any third-party rights. If the Service of our company is merged or acquired with another company, your information will be one of the assets that is transferred to the new owner.

How long we retain your data:

We will retain your information with us for 90 days to 2 years after user termination of their account or for as long as we need it to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected as detailed in this Privacy Policy. We may need to retain certain information for longer periods, such as record-keeping/reporting in accordance with applicable law or for other legitimate reasons like enforcement of legal rights, fraud prevention, etc. Residual anonymous information and aggregate information, neither of which identifies you (directly or indirectly), may be stored indefinitely.

For users that request access to the client portal, we store the personal information they provide in their user profile indefinitely, as necessary for business operations or to comply with applicable laws, or until the user requests information deletion. All users can see and edit their information at any time (deletion of data upon request to PGT Admin). Website and company administrators can also see and edit this information.

If/when applicable, if you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

What rights you have over your data:

If you have an account enabled on our client portal, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you (albeit doing so may affect any future transactions with us). This does not include any data we are obligated to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Depending on the law that applies, you may have a right to access and rectify or erase your personal data or receive a copy of your personal data, restrict or object to the active processing of your data, ask us to share (port) your personal information to another entity, withdraw any consent you provided to us to process your data, a right to lodge a complaint with a statutory authority and such other rights as may be relevant under applicable laws. Please note that if you do not allow us to collect or process the required personal information or withdraw the consent to process the same for the required purposes, you may not be able to access or use the services for which your information was sought.

The security of your information is of utmost importance to us and we will use reasonable security measures to prevent the loss, misuse or unauthorized alteration of your information under our control. However, given the inherent risks, we cannot guarantee absolute security and consequently, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us and you do so at your own risk.

Regulatory disclosure requirements:

This site utilizes caching in order to facilitate a faster response time and better user experience. Caching potentially stores a duplicate copy of every web page that is on display on this site. All cache files are temporary, and are never accessed by any third part, except as necessary to obtain technical support from the cache plugin vendor. Cache files expire on a schedule set by the site administrator, but may easily be purged by the admin before their natural expiration, if necessary.
